Kids plastic poncho

Kids Splashmacs poncho. Hood and popper neck fastenings with a double press-stud fastening on each side, allowing the wearer to open up the cape and lay it flat so it doubles as a useful groundsheet. Carry case, with drawstring handle. Printing Instructions: Can be decorated using screen printing inks, but always without direct heat. BSCI certified.
