Dispatch times

 

Delivery tracking

We use ParcelForce couriers who provide you with full tracking once your order is dispatched. On the morning of the date of delivery you also receive an email, which gives you a one-hour window for your delivery time.

ParcelForce can also make alternative arrangements with you, such as changing the delivery date or leaving instructions to deliver with a neighbour.

 

UK delivery prices

 

This excludes the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and Channel Islands/Isle Of Man. The total delivery charge for these areas is £25, and delivery may take longer.

 

Returns and Refunds

Please remember to check size and quantity before ordering to be printed and/or embroidered etc. as no credit can be allowed for worn, printed or processed garments. All sales are final. We may accept returns subject to the following:

1. If goods have been sent incorrectly please ring our Customer Service Team within 7 days to arrange a collection and reship.
2. Faulty goods must be returned within one week of supply with the fault clearly indicated without defacing the garment.
3. Returns will only be accepted by prior arrangement. You should ring the Customer Services Team with a list of the goods to be returned (please have this information ready). You will be issued with a returns number – please ensure this is clearly marked on the outer packaging.
4. Please note that, with the exception of faulty goods and mis-ships, AVM will use its discretion whether or not to accept goods for return. In any event no goods will be accepted for return later than one month after supply.
5. Under no circumstances whatsoever will soiled goods be accepted, these will be returned to you immediately.
